Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. The main cottage has been featured on Welsh house style programme ‘Dan Do’ as well as Channel 4s A Place in the Sun: Home or Away. It is a small cottage and garden; we love it & hope you will too! This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. That is all before you start to explore the area... If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to come....

Self contained guest suite in historic village

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Y Llew Bach, our snug little Welsh cottage

Y Llew Bach is a our one bedroom 300 year old cottage ideal for couples and friends. We do have a small double sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children. Open 4 nights a week is our quiet country pub The Lion Inn serving amazing homemade food and takeaway pizzas. Deep in the Welsh countryside situated on The Pilgrims Way, we offer spectacular views within easy reach of Snowdonia and the Welsh coast. Local attractions include Zip World, Betws-Y-Coed, Conwy, lots of castles and Beautiful beaches.

Small self contained SELF CATERING annex attached to owner's farmhouse with it's own private entrance and outside seating area on working family farm with cattle. Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. Good base for guests who enjoy being outdoors either walking, cycling or visiting Snowdonia. Car essential due to location. Sorry, no Pets.

Cabin - Camping Municipal!

Our Cabin has a Queen size bed, a single Z-bed (if requested). There is a mini wet room with Toilet and an Electric Shower. The Kitchen facilities include a fridge with, an electric oven / hob, microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. We provide a Smart TV and Wifi access. The cabin is separate from the main house. If you need any crockery or cutlery that's not already in the cabin, feel free to ask!
