Leiligheten er totalrenovert og inneholder soverom med dobbeltseng, bad, kjøkken med alt av redskaper, stue med sovesofa, TV med Chromecast. Umiddelbar nærhet til butikker, barer, restauranter og offentlig transport (båt, buss, tog, flybuss). Perfekt for Flo og Fjære, Preikestolen og Stavanger sentrum. Soveplass: For 3-4 gjester gjøres sovesofa klar, ikke for 1-2 gjester, men gi oss gjerne beskjed dersom annet er ønskelig.

Fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet på Madlamark. Egen leilighet med oppredd sovealkove, kjøkken og bad. Kan evt. legge inn ekstra madrass dersom dere er to personer. Nærhet til nye Stavanger universitetssykehus, universitetet, Sverd i Fjell, tursti langs Hafrsfjord, strand (Møllebukta m/ iskiosk og grillmuligheter), Stokkavannet, Sørmarka, Tufteparker, DNB-arena, Stavanger Forum, Amfi Madla, Sats. Enjoy a new apartment (2023) centrally-located to shopping, resturants, bar, sea, beach, saunas, busses and train station in the up and coming Jåttåvågen in Stavanger. Bus: 5 min walk to nearest bus stop (15 min on bus to city center). Train: 8 min walk to nearest train station (7 min on train to city center). Shopping center: 5 min walk to Stadionparken shopping center. Saunas: 12 min walk to Damp saunas. Beach: 12 min walk to Hinna beach and 20 min walk to Vaulen swimming area.

Lovely apartment in maritime surroundings

Lovely apartment on the 3rd floor with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and a dining place. Close to the center of Stavanger and Hundvåg. Transport with bus takes around 10 min to Stavanger and 3 min to Hundvåg. 5 min walk to the best bakery in Stavanger, Buøy Bakeri. Also possible to take a nice walk over the bridge to Stavanger to look at the nice view over the city and the fjords. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the train and bus station in Sandnes. It is a basement apartment that has been modernised and upgraded, finished in april 2019. It has got two separate bedrooms and a livingroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and well suited for making your own food. Bed in a separate corner in the hallway is available. Parking for two cars available. Close to Lysefjorden, Pulpit Rock and Kjerag. 15 min drive from AirPort.
