U heeft een eigen parkeerplaats direct naast het apt, evenals een eigen terras met eettafel en comfortabele strandstoelen. Uw hond is van harte welkom, wij laten slechts 1 hond toe.

De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Your space is totally private with your own bathroom, bedroom, captain's room and wheel house. The space is centrally heated and double glazed for chilly days. You also have access to outside space on our pier where you can relax into the evening on warm summer nights.

The studio is one room only 20 meters from the Spaarne river, located nice and quiet but very close to the centre and station (1.2km), with the citybeach (Oerkap) within 300m and Mooie Boules a fabulous play and dining centre just around the corner, there is a lot to see and to do. Free parking just 3 minutes from venue. Haarlem is a very nice and touristic city which also means there is a touristic tax of 5,- pppn, this will be added to your payment by Airbnb.

Welcome to Koerhuys Alkmaar! A one-of-a-kind 16th century courtyard house located at the old city center. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches!
