Ferienhaus „Südpfalz-Living“

Das Haus befindet sich in der wunderschönen Südpfalz in Hagenbach, direkt im Dreiländereck, zu Baden und dem Elsass. Ausgestattet ist es mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit schönem Kachelofen und großem Wintergarten, einem Gäste-WC und einem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es einen Partyraum mit einer Bar, Billardtisch und kleiner Lounge für gesellige Abende. Im Außenbereich steht ihnen eine Sauna zur Verfügung. Die Energiekostenpauschale für die Nutzung pro Tag beträgt 20€.

It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Wo einst die Blätter zum Trocknen hingen, lässt es sich heute traumhaft nächtigen. Wir laden Dich ein, erholsame Tage in unserem schönen Garten zu verbringen. Eine bunte Mischung aus Blumen, allerlei Kräutern, Gemüsepflanzen und großen schattenspendenden Bäumen empfangen Dich. Finde hier Deinen Lieblingsplatz!

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.
