It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

Just an amazing place, easily the nicest place we stayed on our 6 week vacation. A wonderfully comfortable and roomy suite for our last 3 nights before flying home. Very close to Liverpool, Chester and more. Highly recommend.

The Host (Rich) was nice and phoned us directly to resolve our concern we had initially. Checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. Great place for a group to stay for a vacation.

Exactly what we needed for a night away for a wedding. Usmaan was helpful and flexible and made our stay much easier. I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

We had a fantastic stay for the Easter weekend. We were 5 adults and 3 children, and the house worked perfectly for us. It was much bigger than we expected, with lots of different spaces for the kids to explore and play, loads of toys and books and a fantastic communal kitchen and dining area where we spent most of our time. The house is in a great location for exploring the Peak District and we had some brilliant walks and pub lunches not too far away. It was great value and we had everything we needed in the house, with excellent communication beforehand too. Thanks, we hope to come back one day!

Thank you for a pleasant stay. We came up from Coventry to take our son for a stadium tour of the Etihad. The house was just a short drive away which made it super easy for us to access. Homely feel and everything we needed at our fingertips. Thank you very much Linda 😊

We had a great stay at Muhammad’s place. We got clear instructions and had a smooth check-in. The house is spotless. Everything you can think of is present at the house. We had a parking spot on the premises as well. Overall a great experience with a good host!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cosy, and just like the photos. It’s in a quiet and peaceful area, which was exactly what I was looking for. If you’re going to the arena, it’s only a 10-minute drive really convenient. The best part was the bar the host has it’s really, really nice and adds a unique touch to the stay. Everything was reasonably priced too. The host was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Second stay at Martins cottage. Highly recommend staying here. I realised I didn’t have a USB plug, messaged Martin to ask if could help, moments later a plug arrived. Realised then my cable didn’t fit the USB plug socket, messaged Martin again and he arrived with a wireless charger unit moments later. Great place, peaceful, tranquil, warm (for the current cold nights) and most of all a really comfy bed for a good nights sleep!
