Our Family (2 Adults, 2 Children 5y & 3Y) had a fantastic stay. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. Beautiful Walking track 2 mins from the front door which feels very distant from the city location. The Pool, which is the perfect size for the property, is great for the kids and deep enough for adults to soak in, it also feels very safe with the fencing. The kid's rooms are perfect for children up to their teenage years and the master bedroom is comfortable and has a good view of the backyard (Tramp and Pool), allowing you to relax from inside and watch kids outside. Off-street parking is covered and easy to access and the living area and kitchen are all nice and family friendly. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to returning one day.

We were in Riverhead for a family wedding. The location and facilities were spot on. Traveling to the event centre was easy and didn't take too long. The House and gardens gave a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

We had a three night stay at Malina's house and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect and within 5 min walk to the main Mission Bay bars and restaurants. Malina and Rod were both highly responsive and provided suggestions and also helped rescue us by lending us two international adapters for our devices. The house is beautiful and as shown in the photos. Modern and clean and the standout has to be the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Our kids spent every afternoon in the pool area and loved it all. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Mission Bay area.

I had a wonderful stay at Sam’s place! The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. Sam was a good host: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, offering helpful local tips and making sure everything went smoothly. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland.

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Great weekend escape with pool and indoor outdoor flow to enjoy the sunshine and chill space later with the easy outdoor gas fire. Modern kitchen made for easy self catering but also close and walkable to great restaurants and coffee spots. Having an ensuite for each bedroom always a win. Comfortable and ample space for all.

We were surprised how peaceful the property was, considering we were in Auckland, coming from a rural home it was nice and relaxing, just sitting around enjoying what the property had to offer. Grant was exceptionally proactive and professional with his communication and we felt comfortable if we had any questions, queries or concerns we could rea h out without any bother. Overall great place to meet up with family and lived ones for a get away.

Beautiful, a home away from home. Sanctuary to relax and unwind. surrounded by nature (forestry), immersed in bird sounds and the rustling of leaves. Few times a plane had flown by and was exciting for us. Dom was very responsive if we needed to make contact. The place was neat and tidy. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend to others looking for somewhere peaceful to stay.

We had a great stay. The view was amazing and the house was well setup to help us relax with a good living area and kitchen, sky tv channels, and the coffee machine was excellent. Would recommend the Arcadia restaurant just down the road at Palm Beach also.

Sue’s place is exactly as described on the listing. Bedrooms are all generous in size and beds are very comfortable. Essentials such as salt / pepper were all supplied and we took the option to pay extra to have the linen included which was super convenient. Woolies is a 5 min walk away and also the Ostend Markets (Saturday mornings). Sue is super helpful and very responsive - I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay this week while we had a wedding at mudbrick. The place was close to many things and the car was great for the rainy days. The place was great , tidy and enough space for the 6 of us.

Our hosts are clearly people who understand hospitality and deliver more than we expected. There were so many little touches which just made the stay so welcoming that I couldn't list them all and it would be better just to enjoy the experience for yourself.

We found this property to be just as advertised. Lisa is a great host who is responsive and helpful. We loved the property. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome location, restaurants, cafes, parks, bus/train and supermarkets nearby. Lovely and private house, clean and felt very relaxed. Communication with host was excellent and they were proactive in checking on us, gave us a later check out as our flight was late and it was much appreciated :) Thank you. Would stay again !

Wir haben uns bei Cole sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, sehr ruhig und man war aber auch sehr schnell in Downtown Auckland. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben vor allem der Außenbereich war traumhaft schön mit einem Kamin auf der Terrasse und einem Jacuzzi. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft.

Lovely, comfortable stay with plenty of room. We were a bit unsure at first because the owners live in the rear part of the house but we had all the privacy we needed, no issues and very thoughtful hosts. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Liz's place is a jewel. Super nice and quiet area, with a small park to go running at walking distance and very close to a bus station. We had an amazing time cooking and spending time in the kitchen and back yard. Liz is super friendly and would recommend her to anyone. The house is easy to find and the instructions are very clear. This was the perfect place for us (4 sisters) treating our 90 yr old mum for her birthday. We rented both upstairs and downstairs so plenty of space and very easy for our mum to get around. The beachfront location was amazing. Gabrielle was very accommodating with a couple of requests we had and always prompt in replying. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

A neat and tidy airbnb offering a conveniently located and affordable base, particularly for events nearby. The heaters were much appreciated during this cooler visit. Our only drawback this time was the increased highway traffic noise, which was more noticeable, than during our previous stay. Overall, we would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Lilian’s place! The home is spacious, clean, and offered a very reasonable price for the area. The linens were comfortable, and we appreciated the relaxing environment. The only minor downside was the low water pressure, but overall it didn’t affect our experience much. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great accommodation. We had a sports team of ten players stay across two of the three units on this site. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities great and just a 15 minute drive from our venue (Bruce Pulman). All in all an excellent stay.
