Cozy basement apartment near Haliburton

A cozy two bedroom basement apartment on old Donald rd, less than 10 minutes from town. It has a separate walkout entrance located at the back of the house with parking. Inside there is a spacious kitchen/dining area, living area and two bedrooms with lots of natural light. There is onsite laundry, aswell as a large storage closet. There is a full shower/tub bathroom. Located less than 20 mins from Haliburton’s major hiking spots and less than 1km the rail trail and Barnum creek conservation.
