This is a newly renovated guest house and has plenty of space to lounge, take in the scenery, watch movies, and just relax. Close to apple orchards, minutes to Amicalola Falls, Iron Mountain, multiple vineyards, Dahlonega, Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Jasper and many other fun things to do! This stay is a second story stay so guests must walk upstairs to access the guest house.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

This detached area for living is a slice of the country living, close to Road Atlanta (9 miles) and the Chateau Elan (6.5miles), Braselton, GA. North Georgia Medical Center Borrow County (4.5 miles). This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
