The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

The 12 acre property is surrounded by water on three sides which can be viewed from every room. Enjoy pickleball, the putting green, kayaking, fishing and crabbing from the dock as well as exploring the trails through the pecan forest. You can also tie your boat to the dock.

Fishing Bay Marina and Fishing Bay Yacht Club can easily be reached by bike, or bring your golf-cart to more easily explore the area. Families welcome, no pets please.
