Welcome to our Sunsphere Studio, a space to recharge on a quiet street moments from the interstate. Our home is close to everything you could desire; coffee shops, eateries, breweries, boutiques and a park with a paved walking trail. Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). To all our FOOTBALL FANS - we're a quick 5 miles to the stadium!

Lakeside escape & LOTS of space!

Full basement with outdoor spaces overlook the neighborhood lake surrounded by a half-mile walking trail. Through the patio entrance is a large game area with ping-pong/pool, a family room with seating for eight and an 80in TV, kitchen with microwave, mini-fridge/separate freezer, Keurig and two-burner cooktop, as well as various tables to seat 14 total. Two bedrooms and a full bath with tile shower are tucked away. The king room has a balcony with a lake view and the queen room has air hockey.

Fountain City is a lovely little area in the northern part of Knoxville that is known for it's duck pond and park. The bungalow is fully stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen cooking essentials to a 50 inch smart TV preloaded with streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+. Need to work remote? The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.
