A peaceful hideaway amongst the trees. Enjoy the sounds of nature with plenty of bird life and small stream running along the boundary, home to many eels and native Kokopu. You'll never know you're in the city. The unit, separate from the main house, is self contained with a toilet and shower. Please note there are no cooking facilities however a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster are provided. Conveniently situated within a 5 min drive or 30 min walk of the city centre with plenty of parking

Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

City Stadium Gem

Our unique place is close to everything you will need. A short walk to the FMG Stadium, close to Supermarkets & Hamilton City Centre. Located down a long driveway, off the road & private. Spacious homey living room with large sofa, bean bag, table & chairs, lamp. One bedroom with queen bed, side table, single bed & lamp. A fourth person must bring their own towel and sleeping bag. Heat Pump Air-Conditioner in living room only. Two off road car parks. Close to the main highway SH1.

River View Cottage

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

Morepork Gully self contained - no cleaning fees

Lovely private accommodation for you to enjoy. Wake up looking out the double glazed ranchslider to trees and your own private courtyard. Lovely super-king extremely comfy bed with everything you need to have a restful and peaceful stay. Heater, portable cooling fan in summer, outside cooker, microwave, retro fridge, desk, tv with cromecast. Please book and enjoy my premises - located close to Chartwell shopping centre on a peaceful gully in a no exit street

The Squeeze Me Inn

The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.

Jellicoe Drive, Hayes Paddock Studio

Modern studio guesthouse with en suite bathroom and shower. Located in Hayes Paddock, Hamilton East along the Waikato river. The studio is behind our family home. We are across the road from the river walks, bus stop and a few blocks from Hayes common cafe. Minutes by car to the gardens, hospital and city centre or walk along the river one way to the garden or the other to the CBD. A great base to explore Hamilton or the wider Waikato region!

"My wife's Sylvie and I are both French. Our brand new guesthouse with private bathroom featuring a great tiled shower is 10 minutes' walk from world renowned Hamilton Gardens, within walking distance of food outlets, parks, playground, The Wharehouse, the University and 10 minutes' drive from Pack'n Save, the Hospital and Hamilton central business district. Bicycles can be safely stored in our locked garage."

Near new (Built in 2017) Two bedroom two level unit. Off street parking, close to the Waikato University, Hamilton Gardens and Waikato River. Very easy walking distance to convenience shops, supermarket, popular local café, takeaways and medical centre. Both Bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a deck off the living rooms to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning sun or just relax in the afternoon.

Quiet location whilst a 3 minute walk to shops, bus stop and a short walk to local Claudelands Park and GloBox Event Centre. Close to CBD .
