My family and I needed to unplug and get away. For me, that means floating in a pool. I searched for houses with pools in NY, CT, PA and MA, when I found this one. We drove up in the pouring rain, but when we woke up the next day there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices and flour ( I baked bread as soon as we arrived). Once we bought groceries, we never left the house again. Used the grill, at outside, floated in the pool and even got to watch a meteor shower. Susan was incredibly responsive. We had a great time.

Really lovely place. Spacious and super comfortable, stocked with helpful sundries and techy items in every room. Beautiful kitchen and downstairs bathroom! TV projector and screen a blast. While unexpected lawn maintenance limited some outside time, was otherwise a fantastic rental.

Just What We Needed We had a marvelous trip to Northampton MA and Sue's large Victorian house was perfect for our group's stay. Of course it was clean and comfortable, but in many ways it had more than what we needed, from parking to rooms and other amenities, I was especially pleased to find convenient outlets and USB ports, even by the bed (which is better than some hotels I've stayed at). Sue had a welcoming gift in the kitchen, communicated responsively and helpful with ideas about the area, as our 'home' was truly conveniently located just blocks from the trendy downtown area. An enjoyable stay in a charming city.

We had a very nice stay for a family wedding. Sharing the house with two combined families in January and the house was great for this. There are rooms with 3-4 beds in each so if you are looking for bedroom privacy then this house probably isn’t it. That said, we are all family so was fun to bunk up! The area is beautiful and there r a great set of trails right at the end of the road for hiking, walking cross country skiiing etc. Overall, a great stay and Kimberly was very communicative with everything

Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

Our second stay and would return again. Beautiful and well maintained home in a picturesque setting in the always beautiful Berkshires. Pele is a responsive and helpful host, while amenities in her home ensure a comfortable stay.

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

Obsessed! if a house could be a soul mate I met mine! I don't say that lightly, I am everything real estate, holding, buying, selling, air bnbs, construction, sales and staging.......and this house could not have been any better. Cherishing the old, while putting new where needed. Let's you feel like you are at the lake without one thing on the to do list. Trees and water, seclusion without being alone. Everything in a logical, well thought out position. The experience from tennis to childlike wondering in the woods, with the most accommodating host that didn't overly reach out. I will be back for all of my peaceful getaways with my daughter. So very grateful for what this host offered us.

Jessi's place was exactly as described. It was cute and cozy and perfect for what we needed. Jessi responded to any questions quickly and was very clear in any and all instructions. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house was very easy to find. We will definitely be staying again!

5 plus star rated hosts!!!! Craig was a wonderful host! The amenities were above and beyond what I have come to expect from rentals and we’re just what our large party needed to never worry about a thing (like toilet paper, garbage bags, bathroom items or even coffee!!) The shower pressure and water temperature was perfect for my party of 8 to get ready and out the door for our day and the living area was a perfect place for us to come home to for dinner and family game night. Craig sent us plenty of information not only about the house but the surrounding area including an excellent recommendation and accommodation for bagels! Seems like a small thing maybe but it was a lovely way for us to start our first morning together. If I find myself needing to return to Springfield I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. All was exactly as described and more! Highly recommend!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, spacious, and clean home. We spent hours by the fire when the weather was chilly, and explored the wooded property when the weather warmed up. Close to Sturbridge Village and restaurants. Quality beds with crisp sheets and plenty of blankets. Well-stocked kitchen. Gail was welcoming and always quick to respond.

The perfect home away from home -- comfortable, pretty, and peaceful, with everything you need. Mina communicated quickly and was very accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. So nice to be within a block or so of town, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This place is a gem.

We were in town visiting my son who goes to school in Boston. The views were gorgeous and the area is great for long walks. The space was exactly as described with all the amenities. Would love to come back when it’s warmer and enjoy the lake.

Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

Judy was a great host and offered us a great stay. She was very responsive and aided us in a wonderful trip. I would definitely recommend.

This lovely home is located quite close to town, and is on a very quiet street. We were greeted on arrival by Joan who was quite friendly and showed us around. Joan responded within minutes any time I reached out to her. I had some specific requests when I booked the space, and they were remembered and accommodated, which was so appreciated. The house is well maintained. The beds are quite comfortable and we liked the furnishings. The kid's room is quite sweet and my teen was happy to claim it on arrival. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, and the great book, game and puzzle cabinet. We will return to this house if we come back to Northampton.

This is a great house to stay at. Clean, very close to locations of The Asparagus Valley Pottery Tour, close to great restaurants as well as activities (pickleball and cycling routes))

Nilsa’s home was nothing short of amazing! Us siblings came up from Georgia, Florida and Washington to spend the weekend with our mom and dad before the crazy Christmas chaos. Nilsa was very accommodating, she had wonderful communication! Everything was as described and we cannot wait to come back!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home Nilsa!

Staying at Karen’s place was wonderful! She was incredibly accommodating to our needs, and we’re so grateful for how close the home was to our friends—it made it much easier for us to be present and help out during our visit. The space was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed and more, and Karen was always quick and clear in her communication.
