Guests will be provided with one off-street parking space, private entry, bedroom with queen-size bed, full bathroom, TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, free wifi, coffee, kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster oven, hot plate (no full size stove), and patio with pergola.

Enjoy nature while staying in a quiet 1 bedroom attached suite on a 65 acre horse property with it's own nature trails. It includes a private entrance with a dedicated workspace with free high-speed WiFi. Remote workers are welcome! We have up to 20 horses on the property. You will have front row viewing to several right out your windows! It's set back in the woods about a 1/3 of a mile, however it is a convenient location close to Amherst, Hampshire, UMass, Smith and Mt. Holyoke.

This 2nd floor guest suite in my home has a private entrance via an outdoor set of stairs, full kitchen, and bathroom (with tub but no shower). The studio has an open floor plan including a front room with twin bed and a smaller TV room with futon sofa that can open into a double bed. Originally my art studio, I now offer it for short-term stays. COVID-19 policy. I allow 24 hours between bookings (no same-day turnovers). I request that my guests be fully vaccinated.
