We spent a long weekend at Sweet Water Farm with extended family - what a treat this was! There was plenty of space for us all and the bedrooms were arranged in a way that there was privacy but also great common areas to be together. The house is tucked away at the end of a quiet dead end road. We enjoyed spending time at the house - s'mores by the fire, on-property hiking trails, and beautiful views - but also time out and about exploring the history and beauty of the area. Meals were simple to make for a crowd as the kitchesthad plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. of all shapes and sizes. I love AirBNBs but sometimes directions can be confusing. We really appreciated the many clear notes around the house explaining house expectations and agreed it was the best we have seen at any AirBNB! Our host was very responsive and accommodating, everything in the home was as described and easy to use/find, and set us up for a wonderful weekend of family memories. Highly recommend!

Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

We had a wonderful 5 days at the house and felt right at home. The location is very secluded and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. It felt very cosy with the woodburning stove. Despite the freezing temperatures we felt very warm and comfortable. We had some communication with Debra beforehand as one of our party had recently broken her arm and conditions at the house were snowy and icy. Debra was very concerned for our safety and was proactive in letting us know the conditions and willing to let us change the date of our booking if we wanted (we didn't), which we very much appreciated. We were met at the property by Jorma who kindly showed us around the house and how to use the woodburner, he also checked in on us a couple of times via text to make sure all was going well. We were provided with lots of info and recommendations about the local area, trails, and things to do. We also had a lovely gift basket on our arrival. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Our second stay and would return again. Beautiful and well maintained home in a picturesque setting in the always beautiful Berkshires. Pele is a responsive and helpful host, while amenities in her home ensure a comfortable stay.

I stayed for 3 nights. Bed was comfortable and sheets were great. Kitchen was fully stocked with food and beverages, even a bottle of wine. Very special place to stay in gorgeous part of rural Western Mass. Close to drive to colleges, delicious food and museums. I love the gorgeous roads, barns, trees. It was early Spring and little flowers were just popping up. I cannot recommend this stay more highly.

Mary’s place is absolutely beautiful, inside and out - a gem of peace off the beaten path. There is a big kitchen that was great to cook in, the beds were big and comfortable, and the house is full of beautiful art. Mary was super helpful, and while she lives on the property, we still felt that we had complete privacy during our stay. We hope we can go back and stay again someday soon!

Wow, I can't recommend Elle's place enough! Beautiful setting and the cabin felt cozy but had more than ample room and privacy for our large party. Everything was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Elle was a wonderful host and had a huge basket of snacks waiting for us! Checkout was a breeze. We were very appreciative that checkout did not include a list of chores to do! We also loved the sauna. 10 stars!!!

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

I needed a local getaway while some work was being done on my house, and Peter's place was perfect. Comfortable, quiet, clean, and in a beautiful, rural location. Served my needs perfectly, and I will definitely recommend it to visiting friends and family.

Shannon's fantastic apartment was perfect for our stay in Northampton. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable throughout our entire week long stay. The brick walls are super cool, the living room is incredibly cosy and the large windows let in great light. We easily cooked meals and picked up morning smoothies at Woodstar Cafe, right behind the apartment building. Highly recommend. If you need any groceries, State Street Fruit Store is a quick walk and they have everything you might need. Shannon had coffee and tea and a great coffee maker ready to go for us, including coffee filters. The apartment was clean, well stocked and Shannon checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, offering to drop off more linens/towels if necessary (it wasn't). This is the 3rd place we have stayed in Northampton and by far our favorite. We definitely would stay here again and have no reservations about recommending it to anyone.

Erin is lovely and so is her carriage house. A huge winter storm came in just before my arrival--lots of snow and many trees down, lost power, etc. In spite of all this, Erin had cleared a parking space for me, shoveled and sanded both driveway and walk ways. The kitchen area was a bit hard to heat but the upstairs bedroom and beautiful sitting area were toasty warm, spacious and very comfortable. I hope one day I'll return in the warmer months when I can be out in the beautiful countryside all around. It's a gorgeous area!

Katie and Mike are fabulous hosts! Katie provided helpful information prior to our arrival. Mike helped us pump up a flat bike tire and gave us great tips on area activities. The apartment was very clean and spacious given its size because it's not cluttered. The bed is very comfortable, and everything in the apartment worked well. The pool is lovely! It's shared with the family, but Mike and Katie were very thoughtful about making it accessible to us when their kids weren't in the pool. The house is set in a quiet, rural setting but only 20 minutes from downtown Northampton. I would definitely recommend this spot to other travelers!

This place is such a charming gem! We love a unique space that combines contemporary amenities and art with the handmade and historical. We felt right at home! There are many great vintage shops, restaurants, and activities nearby, including the Smith Botanical Garden. We would definitely stay here again!

To be honest, I booked this place because of the bathtub! And I was not disappointed. So nice to have a European-style deep bath. But the shower is outstanding too. I wanted to move in! Loved the open space, the high ceilings, the funky decor and I really enjoyed using the record player. It's been so long since I've lowered the needle onto an album. And what a treat to find so many records in the collection that I used to own. I can highly recommend this place - it's clean, comfortable, is well-appointed and conveniently located. I very much look forward to returning.

This was a great space for a getaway with my husband. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! This was very impressive and greatly appreciated! We live in the area, and it is a great location close to a ton of things to do (outside and inside) and a wide selection of restaurants in multiple directions. The location was quiet and felt private. Lindsey was super communicative and very responsive. Internet worked great (which was an issue in some other airbnbs we've stayed in). It was well stocked with appliances, and all the things we could need for our stay (we love a good king bed). We highly recommend!

The Country Corner was a comfy place for our trio of friends but none of us could imagine sharing the space with more than one more person. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful and the apartment was clean. While this weekend was an "escape" for all of us from our own kids, we all commented that it'd be the perfect place to stay with kids because of all the outdoor toys and activities in the backyard. Katie was timely with check-in and check-out instructions and even sent us dining recommendations shortly after check-in. Thanks for a quiet weekend "away," Katie!
