This boho studio suite offers a queen sized bed, a queen pull out sofa, kitchenette w/ full refrigerator, microwave & small electrics for light meals plus a balcony with unobstructed ocean views. One car assigned parking included, park and walk to all attractions. Historic Newburyport and Portsmouth are nearby, ideal location!

York Harbor Inn- Country Inn Room

Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

ATLANTIC BREEZE SUITES - MARSH-VIEW KING SUITE

Marsh-view (non-oceanfront) 1 bedroom suite with 1 king bed in the bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living room. Located approximately 1/2 mile north of the Hampton Beach center - an easy 15 - 20 minute walk to all activities, restaurants and shops. This unit offers a private balcony, full bath, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Free Wifi, A/C, heat and onsite parking for one vehicle. Please be aware that there is construction taking place near our building.
