Walk across the street to the beach or 5 minutes to the Hampton Beach Strip for shows, restaurants & stores. Watch the fireworks from your balcony. This is a 3rd floor unit with NO ELEVATOR. The stairs are worth every step!!!

The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo.
