Lovely place very close to Cary Street shops and restaurants. Cool upstairs historic apartment with nice updates and amenities. The street noise was a bit loud at night, but that’s expected with such a happening location! Mitchell was responsive to the question I had about check in. Overall, a great experience!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The hosts we super flexible and the communication was great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. And the directions to check in were very easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Richmond!

This was my first ever air bnb stay, and here’s my first ever review of anything only because this place deserves it. I was very skeptical for parking, safety, cleanliness, but this exceeded my expectations especially with the previous sketchy reviews. Place was easy to find. Parking pass given. Only thing that I feel blindsided me was the $300 incidental fee in order to get check in instructions. Outside of that the place was easy to find, easy to get in, communication @5am, impressive, clean, modern, high rise building. Exceeded my expectations. I loved everything.

Great host and lovely place to stay long term

Our week at this airbnb was fantastic! We were in town visiting our son who attends Virginia Commonwealth University. The living space was recently updated and very clean. We enjoyed having a kitchen and separate living area outside of the bedroom. It was so helpful to have built-in laundry and a spacious closet area. The only things missing were hand towels for the bathroom, towels to use in the kitchen area, more toilet paper and paper towels (only one roll of each for a 7 night stay), and kleenex. When we reached out about getting more of these things, we were never given a response. It also would have been helpful to have some basic cooking supplies such as salt & pepper and cooking oil. Other than that, we loved the location and had no issues with noise or getting in/out of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to other VCU parents!

This place is a perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go all weekend. We found parking on the street near the back of the building -- and we never had to move it. The inside is just lovely, full of true Richmond charm and decorated with Richmond artifacts throughout. I even ended up reading one of the several Richmond reference books thoughtfully placed on the bedside table. Several times we found ourselves sitting out on the balcony enjoying the fine weather. One small note: the entry is tucked between the two buildings, so it took us a second to find it. Otherwise, everything was just right. We definitely plan to come back!

The coffee -grinder, the expresso maker, the stackable washer and dryer and dishwasher with the pods supplied, the restrooms with the sanitary items supplied, the enormous amount of wash cloths and towels, the soft beds and bedding, the complimentary shower gels and lotions... the board games supplied, the parking passes for street parking supplied, the outdoor patio and furniture, the outdoor storage, the "City Life" theme throughout the home..... all FABULOUS! Warning: The showers are explained, but the water goes from scorching hot to warm. You can only adjust it either after you get in or reach into the shower as the water is hitting you. The street parking is tight. If the neighbor in the back decides to park close to you, you'll need to let your passengers out before you park because of the shed. The lights in the bedroom are very chic, but they get very hot quickly. Trouble walking, bad knees...not the house for you. For me and my crew...LOVE!

My family and I were visiting Richmond for a few days to visit my sister for her graduation! This was located 10 mins away from the Theater we were supposed to be at and the house was perfect! Super spacious and beautiful, the reclining massage couch was probably our favorite along side the kitchen which had everything we needed to have breakfast and dinner. Ujala was super responsive and accommodating, gave me a list of recommendations for coffee & lunch which was perfect. The master bedroom was super nice and the bathroom was a dream! Everything was spotless and although there was no tvs in the rooms, it was nice to have everyone bond downstairs and enjoy each other’s company in the living room! Thank you for our stay!

Richard went above and beyond to ensure that my family was comfortable and at home. He was highly communicative and responsive and the information provided before and during the stay was extremely helpful. I booked this home for family who visited the area during my wedding week and, as a local, can say that the house is in a prime location between parks and the river park system and a vibrant shopping and restaurant district. A fantastic stay in a well provisioned, unique space that is meant to be enjoyed!

Stayed here while in town for work. Everything was nice and easy and clean. Would stay again if we came back out here.
