Just a short walk or drive from the beach, golf, and downtown Kona, this vacation rental puts you close to the best of the Big Island. Its stylish, spacious living areas and two bedrooms are the perfect size for a sunny holiday with family, a couples' getaway or a warm Hawaiian honeymoon. The villa’s welcoming lanai will help you ease into the island lifestyle, with panoramic views of gardens and ocean from its lounging and dining areas. Heat up the barbecue as you watch the sunset, or step indoors to enjoy the smart TV and Wi-Fi. For your comfort on the warmest days, the villa has both ceiling fans and air conditioning. The glass doors separating the lanai from the great room can be pushed back, giving you the luxury of one large indoor-outdoor space. Listen to the waves as you lounge on the sectional in the sitting area, feel the warm breeze as you gather around the dining table and try out local fruits and seafood in the fully equipped kitchen. Hillside Villa 1102 has an incredible master suite with a king bed, alfresco shower, lounge area and ocean views, and a beautifully appointed second bedroom with its own private terrace (can be set up as king, or as 2 twin beds).
