Charming mountain house with big yard and plenty to keep kids busy. Spacious inside with plenty of space and beds. Providing linens, paper products, dishwasher tabs, trash bags is a nice touch and super convenient. Short walk to club house and amenities. Very responsive host.

My husband and I had a great weekend celebrating our anniversary. The house was very clean and was just as described. The hot tub was great. Yard was private and relaxing. Just what we needed. Close to Bushkill falls which was beautiful.

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

We loved staying here we would love to repeat Matt and Colleen were really responsive and we loved how we could stay there and feel like we were at home plus it was super clean the hot tub 5 star and it was a relaxing place the beds super comfy everything was great we would definitely coming back it’s a 5 star stay ❤️

Our 4th stay at Lyle’s and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! The location is ideal and the fenced in yard is perfect for our dog and kids. We always feel right at home here and Lyle is the best host! He’s responsive, kind and proactive. Love that the location is away from the main strip of Jim Thorpe but still so close to everything. We’ll be back again (and again and again)!

Caterina’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. Our dog loved the large and secure yard and we like the old home charm. We found a parking spot right in front of the house, and we felt that the road was not very busy. Caterina was very responsive, and had left many thoughtful treats for everyone. Will stay with her again.

Fantastic stay!! Home is unique and spacious. Great common areas but the layout of the house also allows for some privacy if someone wants to go to bed early, nap etc. which was ideal for our family. Outdoor space is beautiful! lots of wildlife to admire. Fishing ponds were the highlight of my 15yr olds stay. He caught perch, brook trout, brown trout and rainbows! We all had a blast and can’t wait to go back! Did a few day excursions to Jim Thorpe, Hickory Run and a few other stops, all a quick trip from ‘home’! Gary was attentive and extremely welcoming! Great host!

I'll be honest, I don't really write reviews. This house is my exception. This property exceeded every expectation my family and I had for our vacation. The property was accurately described with every amenity imaginable! Additionally, the extra touches on the property made our stay comfortable and really memorable. We had never been to the Poconos before, and this property elevated our experiences. We plan to return and hopefully stay in this home again. Finally, Penpa's communication was second to none. Every step of the trip the host provided detailed instructions, quick support with any questions, and reasonable flexibility with requests that made their property the best experience my wife or I have ever had with Airbnb in the 13 years we've used the service. Thank you to both of you for a wonderful experience. Your home is something special, and the way you run your property is exceptional. We really appreciated it.

We had a great stay here. The home felt cozy and spacious for a large family. The home was also very clean and free of clutter. Great space for families with kids. The jacuzzi was great touch, specially on the cooler mornings. Would book again, strongly recommended!

Our group could not have been more impressed! This was one of our top experiences! Melissa was always very quick to answer questions. They have a FAQ video that was SUPER helpful. The house was perfect! The large dining table and chairs was one of the big selling points! You don't find many houses that can accommodate 17 people at one time. We loved their attention to detail by labeling where everything was in the kitchen! Even the bedrooms had name tags on them. They had QR codes you could scan in case you needed to know how to use the heating, ac, or hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious! They even included a laundry kit for us. The multiple decks allowed our large group to enjoy the back yard together. We spent hours in the game room. The kitchen included everything we needed! The 2 full size refrigerators was a big PLUS! The cost was VERY reasonable! They really seem to care about their guests and seem to have thought of everything! We will return!

Our family loved staying at Elyse's home! The big kids had a blast playing the games in the basement while the grown-ups enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Elyse went out of her way to ensure the driveway and walkways were salted as there was a lot of ice. She was a wonderful host and we would definitely return!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jake's beautiful Mendham farmhouse. My family and I spent the weekend there for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have asked for anything more. Jake is so friendly and communicative. He is easygoing and responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is stunning - charming and rustic with beautiful modern upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. We did not want to leave and hope to book with Jake again in the near future.

We stayed with my family for 2 days and enjoyed this quiet, peaceful and private property. Isaac was extremely helpful and we would def. be back

This is my first Airbnb review, despite how many properties I’ve stayed in. I feel compelled to write because David was amazing. Super accommodating, beautiful property and that hot tub was perfect! He was very responsive, helpful and kind. I would totally stay at this property again. And thanks to the property manager, Don, who was totally amazing as well. I loved every minute of it.

Host was extremely kind and quick to respond. Very clear details and instructions. She also recommended local places, sent us events going on during our stay, and told us their favorite things to do in the community which was great and helped us decide what to prioritize during our weekend trip! The lake was stunning and we saw tons of wildlife! We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Was a great stay! Nice location private but not way out of the way that couldn’t reach local attractions easily. Very clean and comfortable accommodations - very well stocked with most basics you would need. The pups loved the yard!

The space was as described and pictured! The adults and children enjoyed the open concept, game room, and outdoor space.

I had the most wonderful experience. From the moment me and my family arrived, we were blown away by how impeccably clean the entire space was. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the bathroom, the beds were extremely comfortable and it truly felt like a home away from home. The area is so peaceful, my dog had a ball being able to enjoy open space. The host was absolutely amazing, super friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. Communication was seamless, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I have already recommended this place to my friends and other family members, and I’ll definitely be back! 5 stars all the way!

Great place to stay. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I felt like I slept on a cloud. The rooms feel huge for such a small space and the bedrooms are far apart so it’s private if you’re sharing with friends.

My husband and I spent our wedding night and the first part of our honeymoon at Julius’s tiny home, and we could NOT have made a better decision! It was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. It is close many local restaurants and places that we hold dear such as “Heaven’s Embrace” by Eternal Flame of Hope Ministires. The direct river assess provided breathtaking views both day and night, and my husband even caught a glimpse of a bald eagle catching a fish! The home itself was adorable and just the right size for the two of us! We loved spending time outside by the fire while listening to the river. Julius was so very kind and informative throughout our entire experience! We truly can not recommend his tiny home enough, or any of his other properties which I hear are just as beautiful as well! The only “issue” that I believe has been noted before is that the water smells at times; however, it wasn’t a huge problem for us, and would definitely NOT stop us from booking again! ?

It was a quaint stay peaceful I got some really good rest. Enjoyed the scenery see a ton of deer along my weekend stay and in the area. Definitely worth it. Extremely clean, pristine on cleanliness. Had an issue with the shower, but it was because I had no idea how to use it. The owner contacted me let me know exactly how to use it. Definitely responsive and extremely sweet. Thank you Andrea

We had an amazing time at Vanessa's mountain retreat despite the weather not cooperating! The location along the river was peaceful and the community provided an easy hike when the rain broke. The cabin kept us cozy by the fireside with plenty of space for the 6 of us on this girl's weekend to curl up and watch movies and enjoy each other's company. Would go again and hope for better weather to get out and explore the area.
