The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating to keep it cost in the winter months. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We have natural spring water too

Very peaceful garden flat integrated and separate to the owners own property which is situated in the conservation area of Knaresborough with views over the River Nidd & towards the Mother Shipton’s estate woodlands opposite.
