Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces. Outside enjoy field views and meet our lovely animals.

With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. The ground floor is limestone tiled with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The stairs lead to a mezzanine style en-suite bedroom which can be either a king size bed or a twin room heated by radiators. The kitchen has Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Fridge with an Icebox.

Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

Located on the outskirts of the beautiful Village of Whittington Nr Lichfield. 'Hademore Stables' is set within the private, gated Courtyard of our Small Holding 'Hademore Farm'. The Stables are a luxury conversion of a Timber & Brick Framed Stable with private parking & views over fields. We are next to the Canal with numerous beautiful walks & within walking distance to the Village centre with a Supermarket, Chinese take away & 2 superb village Pubs.

The house can sleep up to 3 guests, with one double and one single bed. During your stay you will have access to the entire house, which includes a fully equipped kitchen and lounge with flat-screen TV. Self-check in is via a Keysafe.
