Must be at least 25 yrs old to book. *This is a quiet space as we live in the apartment below. Absolutely NO parties and a MAX of 2 people in the room at any time. Has its own living room and full bath. You'll share the main entrance , staircase and 2nd floor kitchen with other guests. If you book for one or two guests, you will only receive the double bed. Twin bed and sofa bed will be prepared for 3rd and 4th guests only.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. We are about 8 minutes away from Newark Penn Station, which is then a 20 minute train ride from Manhattan (New York Penn Station). If you choose to uber, it is a 28 minute ride to Manhattan. The other alternative is the PATH train at Newark Penn Station, which will take you to the Freedom Tower in Manhattan in 20 minutes as well. 20 minutes from American Dreams.
