Docked right in the middle of all the Caddo activities and located right next to Johnsons Ranch Marina for boat ramp, gas (boat), drinks and some fishing needs. Outpost & Shady Glade for some vittles if you don't want to cook.

Caddo Life Lakehouse on Caddo Lake

Currently the lake is low, limiting boat access to the cabin. Please call ahead if you have a boat. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Caddo Life is more than just a destination on the lake it is your home base to choose your own adventure in one of the most beautiful slices of nature in both Texas and Louisiana. *NEW* Paddlewhacks is a group of 5 cabins nestled along the Big Cypress Bayou towards Caddo Lake. We are right on the water yet a one minute drive into Downtown Jefferson. It is the best of both worlds-unique shopping and restaurants with immediate access to canoeing and fishing. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open concept living/dining areas, small kitchen, and a front patio. Every cabin comes with a canoe, paddles, life jackets, and access to our group firepit and private kayak ramp.

Our tiny home is nestled in the Goose Prairie area, located between 2 boat launches (Crip's Camp & Johnson's Ranch). We have the unique ability to provide MULTIPLE bed configurations to meet guest(s) needs -1 King , 2 twins or 1 twin. There are 2 COMPLEMENTARY kayaks for guest(s) use. Life jackets are required, & use of all equipment is at your own risk. Pets welcome, however we have a 1 pet &20lb size limit.
