3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

The Elm Cottage

The Elm Cottage awaits with gorgeous lake views from the front and rear of the home! This amazing newly built home is stylish and a very spacious and located right on Lake Hartwell just a few miles from town and many surrounding amenities. It is perfect for families or group stays. It is professionally decorated and thoughtfully accommodated with everything you will need for relaxation and comfort so all you will need to do is make wonderful memories. Bring your boat to enhance your stay.

This cozy and fully 2023 gutted and high-end renovated 3/1 deep water cottage comes with a fenced yard for your fur babies. It's a gentle, short walk to your own NEW private covered dock with a side sunning area. This home has a king, queen and full / twin bunk bed. There is a Dollar General, Ingles, Walmart and some incredible restaurants...all within a 1 - 5 mile dr. We are also very conveniently located in VERY close proximity to the New Prospect Boat Ramp. This is a non-smoking home.
