Our cozy, open plan house is stocked with everything you need for a great time, and has a dock with seasonal access to the lake. Explore Lavonia, hit the beach at Tugaloo Park, or just take advantage of your Gumlog Getaway: hang by the firepit, fish off the dock, or chill on the back deck with some games, whatever your vacation heart desires.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Only about 15 miles from Anderson, SC with its associated dining/bars/shopping/breweries and events.

It’s close to town as well as a public boat ramp (1/2 mile away). This house has a view of the lake from back deck and the front! Upon arrival, you will find the clean bed linens folded and neatly stacked on each bed.
