Dewey was a great host. House was exactly how it was described.

I am a repeat customer to the Cottage and love staying there! The new mattresses are great. Love the upgraded kitchen, too! The hosts are very responsive and "Midwest nice!"

My siblings came with me to attend my son’s plane competition at Wichita State University so we had 5 adults. This place was great, everyone had their own bed to sleep in. Location was convenient to everything and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are lots of stairs as there’s four levels so keep that in mind. Jerry and Winnie were great hosts and I would definitely stay here again.

I spent a full week here and absolutely loved it. This is a really nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was VERY clean and well kept-up. Architecturally, the living area upstairs is one step lower than the main floors and this makes it feel like a safe, comfortable, proper den with an enormous sofa...loved it. There was ping pong and foosball downstairs in the basement and a very nice and private outdoor area in the back. There are a lot of bedrooms and this place would very easily accommodate quite a large family or group. Alan was kind, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Benjamin's place was hospitable. We were traveling with 4 teenagers and it accommodated all of us very comfortably. We only stayed here one night but it was a very nice place to stay in and it was in close proximity to Cosmosphere and Strataca. Benjamin was very communicative prior to check in and even informed us of some issues that were addressed prior to our arrival. Highly recommend

Location was perfect for the wedding venue my kids used. The neighborhood was an older one which was quiet and clean. The house was as represented in the pictures. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway came into town to visit friends and attend a concert . This was a perfect place to visit peacefully with friends and also very comfortable for husband and I to sleep . Everything was exactly as outlined in ad and the place was comfy and cozy , we look forward to our next planned stay in Wichita .

This was our second time back. Just a great place to stay with the heated pool, lots of room and great location within Wichita!

Five of us stayed at this home but more could certainly be accommodated. Tod was so receptive to anything that we needed. The home was in one of the best neighborhoods that we have stayed in and was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the added touches and Tod's hospitality. We certainly hope to return someday. The place was beautiful. The home was very clean the kitchen well stocked the bathrooms clean and plenty of towels etc… plenty of room for large families. Very quiet and Stephen responded to our questions within minutes. We plan to stay at the house again.
