Just yards to the ocean, 3-night min stay summer 2025. Check in/ Check out Sun and Wed. 7night ok Sun-Sun. A great spot for people/pets/kid's wanting easy beach access. Our 2019 home sleeps 7 and sits back from the road on a large lot. We provide A huge outdoor showering room, patio with lounge area and picnic table, gas bar b q. and a temperamental fire pit. Our 3-story oceanside house is in Rodanthe, NC & only 100 steps to the dune, CLOSER than many oceanside homes!!! Our 5 bedrm/3.5 bath home has colorful, beachy decor & is pet- friendly. The top floor living area & deck have amazing beach views & a 6-person hot tub! Located 30 min. to Nags Head or Cape Hatteras Lighthouse & 15 min. to Oregon Inlet & Bodie Island Lighthouse. Also has nearby restaurants, boutiques, water sports, & the Rodanthe Fishing Pier. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental.

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey grandparent/ favorite auntie decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

Main suite and a two-room bedroom open onto second floor deck; the bunk room can sleep five. The fourth bedroom with own bath is a floor below. Beach chairs and toys. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Great wifi. Access nearby pool in summer and tennis and Pickleball year-round.
