Lil’ Dock is a beautiful waterfront apartment over the garage with a private entry and deck overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

Quaint modern fully equipped remodeled studio with dining area, small kitchen with full-size fridge, coffeemaker, dining area, washer/dryer combo, well thought out storage space, internet, 40- inch tv, full-size bed that offers privacy blinds, private enclosed patio overlooking the well-manicured grounds and tennis court. The unit also comes with up to four passes to be recreation center. Studio is 330 square feet and deck is 150 square feet. Great space for couple. Max occupancy 2.

Clean and comfortable. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Your home away from home. Pet friendly (must notify us that you are bringing a pet) due to allergic reactions cats are not allowed to stay in our homes. Breed restrictions so please contact us with Breed and weight of pets prior to booking. All pets must be on a flea and tick prevention. We do not want fleas in our home.
