The house was what it was advertised to be. The rooms / beds / ammenities were as described in the listing. Location suited our needs as we were in town for work. The house was not quite as cozy as home, but definitely much better than a hotel. Greg was a good host. He was very responsive when messaged. We didn't encounter any problems during our week-long stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind if / when we are back in town again.

This was an excellent place for a girls’ getaway. Exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable, backyard was welcoming, home was small but had every amenity. The stove is vintage, so we had to be very careful to ensure the knobs were off or it smelled of gas. We didn’t cook or grill, so I’m not sure how that would be. The spa wasn’t working, but shot was very responsive about it. The location is cute, safe, and walkable to great restaurants and the water. The hosts recommendations manual was perfect! If I come back to Coeur D’Alene, I’ll stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown Coeur d’Alene, with great coffee shops, restaurants, and the lake all nearby. Great for runners! The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kris was also very responsive!

We loved our stay here. It was an awesome location and the home was clean, comfortable, and cozy! We especially loved sitting out back at the table with built in fire pit each morning and evening.

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

Great little house downtown. Extremely well stocked kitchen!

The stay was amazing we were a little nervous due to it being surrounded by trees but it was amazing it felt safe super clean! She had good branded shampoos and conditioners as well as body wash! Plenty of towels lots of fun games plenty of place an amazing area for s’mores beautiful view outside with all the outdoor light it was super fun we will definitely be returning:) the host answer all my questions within mins of me asking she was super patient with my questions they answer the phone super fast she was so flexible with our arrival the manager was so great she helped us with some tap that was so needed for decoration such great people loved everything about the place:)

All American Suite was great! Location was walking distance to downtown for food, drinks, and walking the boardwalk. The front and back deck were great to sit and relax. Clean and organized. Host was great to work with!

This place is so cozy and warm. Definitely homey feeling and convenient to go nearby - downtown and other cities. The local cafe and restaurants are also great! Amazing stay even during cloudy season.

This was a nicely arranged suite in a quiet location. The added amenities (like the washer and dryer), easy access, and simple check-in/out made the stay more than worth!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything felt new, clean and the place is well designed/functional. Sandpoint is such a cute town with lots of good restaurants. Its an easy drive to the mountain for skiing.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! It was cozy, comfortable, clean, cute, romantic, everything!!!! Plenty of places to relax and every piece of furniture was so comfortable! The sheets were so soft the bed and pillows were perfect I just loved this place and wished I had got to stay longer than one night The front porch and yard were so cute as well The hosts were friendly and responsive and they definitely put their hearts into this

This place is an absolute delight. The price is amazing and the location is perfect! The inside and outside of the house is beautifully maintained, we were taking notes for our home. Definitely will try to stay there again. The owner worked with me on my pet situation as well and she was super nice and responded quickly to all of my messages. Definitely beats staying at a crowded hotel!

This was a perfect location for our family’s trip to Spokane! It was kid friendly which is a big plus for us. The condo is exactly as described, and they have thought of every little thing to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Hanna was great about accommodating a late check out. It’s also close to parks and great restaurants.

James is a rare host. Super attentive, super accommodating to our particular needs for this trip. I can't say enough good things about him or his places (we actually rented two from him!). Truly perfect start to finish. Can't wait to come back someday. Was sad to leave!

Very comfortable stay. Excellent hosts have provided for every need. Plenty of charging stations, kitchen extremely well stocked with just about anything you might need in cooking utensils and some staples and spices. Extremely clean and well organized. Comfortable beds. Roomy bathrooms and nice laundry facilities. Some games and puzzles provided and plenty of linens. Nice area with shops and restaurants. Beautiful park across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a high quality place - very peaceful and quite - it was better than the pictures.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

We spent a week at this lovely one bedroom condo facing the lake. Check in was very simple and easy. Instructions before our arrival were helpful and useful. The bedroom has a comfy king size mattress and space for items in the closet The kitchen had the necessary items to help with making meals, basic items (i.e. salt, pepper, olive oil) as well ice trays to make ice in were also available. The living room has a nice sofa and recliner. We spent our week here watching the geese on the lawn in front of the Condo, as well as a squirrel that was quite friendly, visiting daily on the deck. The lake is not as lakefront as it would be during the summer due to the dam nearby, but it was within view and we loved the peacefulness of this time of year (April). Jordan was quick with responses when contacted and we appreciated her being available if needed, but otherwise she left us to ourselves. The trains nearby were an added bonus for us as we love watching and listening to them.

Great little apartment for our overnight stay. Really beautiful inside with everything we needed. Easy to find and access, also parking available on the property. It couldn’t have been easier! Also a wild turkey greeted us upon arrival! I would stay here again and recommend it.

We spent two weeks at Jennifer’s place in Coeur d’Alene, visiting family and friends. Their place is a gem—spacious and luminous. It’s conveniently located near everything in town and just a short walk to the Spokane River. I highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.
