There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. Riverside Apartment, Lelant (Nr St Ives), Sleeps 6

Riverside, is a large, attractive apartment enjoying lovely views of the Hayle estuary (RSPB reserve), and is situated close to St Ives in the village of Lelant. It occupies the entire top floor of the Owner's Victorian home, but is entirely separate and is accessed via its own entrance. It comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), and has free parking. There is an excellent pub, the popular links course at West Cornwall Golf Club and the white sandy beaches of Porth Kidney and Carbis Bay are nearby.

The Bolt Hole is a purpose built studio apartment, perfect for couples. 5 minutes walk to Hayle railway station , Foundry Square with its shops and restaurants . Close to the stunning Gwithian and Godrevy surfing beaches. The spacious open plan has a fully fitted kitchen, ample comfy seating,a breakfast bar, smart t.v.,WiFi and a separate bathroom with walk in shower. Outside there is ample private parking and a patio area with seating that affords the afternoon and evening sun.

Emerald Seas is a two bedroom apartment with amazing views across Carbis Bay to St Ives. Just minutes walk to beautiful Carbis Bay Beach with its award winning facilities and a water sports centre. The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. The stunning South West Coast path is a stones throw from the property. Private parking included.

This one bedroom bohemian style flat sits right in the heart of St Ives on Royal Square, just a five-minute stroll from the beaches and steps from all the best shops and spots to eat. It’s got everything you need, a kitchen, dining area, shower room, and a super king-size bed that’s ridiculously comfy. Sandpiper is a stunning duplex penthouse apartment, perfectly situated to sit back and take in the spectacular panoramic views stretching from St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. This idyllic apartment is just a few minutes walk to Carbis Bay beach and the South West Coastal path, making it ideal for walkers. There is a large balcony, perfect for socialising and soaking up the Cornish sun, and a beautiful sun room for relaxing in the cooler months.

The Studio is owned by Carole and Maurice who live in the apartment above. They have owned guesthouses all of their lives and will ensure you have a wonderful stay.
