This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

Centrally located for work or play. This open concept 2 bedroom is a peaceful break away. Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! Carmelita Creek House

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods and nature overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. Please note the cottage is located behind our main home and is accessed via several steps.

Cozy Studio near Oakland Airport and Coliseum

This is a small studio beneath our main house with a private entrance through the backyard. There is a large kitchen with room to cook and a full size bed. All my tall people beware - I am 6’1 and my hair in a bun touches the ceiling, so it’s definitely cozy! We’re a 10 minute drive from the Coliseum Bart Station for easy transportation to San Francisco and about a 15 minute drive from the Oakland Airport, as well as a 10 minute drive from the Oakland Zoo.
