With a beautiful 360° scenery and a grand pateo you can enjoy mesmerizing sunsets and spectacular northern lights showings, given the complete lack of light pollution. It's the photohgrapher's dream location. Eyjafjallajökull and Seljalandsfoss can be seen from the apartment. 4x4 is necessary during winter as the path leading to the house can get very snowy.

It's nice to just enjoy the local nature and the northern lights in this remote and secluded area of the countryside with a private outdoor shower and shared indoor shower and a sauna. This apartment is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment with a great view and Icelandic horses in their natural surroundings all over. Private parking and nice roads from the high way(Road 1). Perfect for 2 guests but also with a nice sleeping sofa so it is possible to accommodate 4 guests. The apartment is 27 m² (290 sq ft) with a shower in the bathroom and a kitchen with all basic necessities. Brand new apartment that is ready we started hosting guests the 15.June 2017

Places such as Seljalandsfoss, Þórsmörk, Vestmannaeyjar, Vík and Reynisfjara are within 1 hour's drive. Everything is there to have an adventurous experience in Iceland.

This traditional Icelandic cabin stands in an open space and offers a breathtaking panoramic view. The location is ideal to see the Northern Lights (September to April 15) and for excursions to many of Iceland's most famous sights: Waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, Reynisfjara beach, Geysir hot springs and Gullfoss waterfall. A hot tub and BBQ on the veranda. Parking in front of the house. The next village is Hvolsvöllur, where you'll find essential services.

Ásahraun 3. beautiful cottage 10 km from Selfoss.

Ásahraun is a small farm in an unspoiled nature, with friendly dog and other animals. In my lovely place, which is quiet and friendly, I have 3 sleeping barrels with wc and a sink. Sleeping in a barrel is a unique experience, cozy and quiet. I have a lovely shower house, hot tub and kitchen that you share with other guests. The location is a perfect base to visit all the unique locations in the south, and Reykjavik is a little less than an hour away.
