Welcome to Charmant Retreat, Charmant means charming in German. Charming it is, the retreat was built in 1970.The cottage is nestled on 1.5 private acres and walking distance to downtown Helen. The city park is close by for the kids to enjoy. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite counter tops, game room with pool table, TV's through out the whole house. Master, king bedroom with fireplace, sitting area and balcony.

TLC: The Lake Cottage

TLC is a comfy cottage on a private 6-acre lake 15 minutes from Helen, and very close to many vineyards and hiking trails. Paddle a Jon boat or paddleboards, fish, swim, relax on a large deck, walk, dine on the screened porch, grill, and enjoy the fire pit. We are handicapped accessible and pet friendly (please bring your own pet beds and blankets). Wifi and smart TV are provided as well as many DVD’s, books and games. No cable TV or satellite TV. A fun nature getaway!
