Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

This pocket of paradise is nestled right on the outskirts of NW San Antonio and was home to the famous landscape artist Robert Wood back in the 1930's.

We are right around the corner from La Cantera, The Rim, Fiesta Texas, and UTSA. One block down is a beautiful running trail. We are minutes from IH-10, having quick access around the city. The kitchen is completely outfitted to comfortably cook. Coffee maker and coffee provided. There is a new king bed, and two TVs. Along with a couch that turns into two twins beds. This backhouse is on our family property, it’s very safe & quiet. You have a private, covered parking area.
