A clean, safe, house full of steel balls and games

I'm a blue collar guy in a blue collar neighborhood in a blue collar house. House was built in 1959 and I have kept everything that works from that era. It's like going back in time. Oven, Dishwasher, some light switches, bath tub, and vanity are original. Plenty of vintage, workable pinball machines and vintage game consoles throughout the house. The place is yours to use. Also has a patio for outdoor grilling. Located near the lakeside community with local restaurants, shops, and breweries.

This quaint, welcoming townhome is in the heart of everything the beautiful city of Richmond has to offer. It’s within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants in Carytown, a 10 minute drive from downtown, and 5 minutes from I95. The sunny guest bedroom is nicely decorated with plenty of cozy pillows on the queen bed. Although the bathroom is down the hall, it is for the sole use of the guest(s). I have a tiny, friendly dog. All guests must be able to show proof of vaccination

Adults only. Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apt. Apartment features a bedroom on each end of the unit, open floor plan and high ceilings. Its close to downtown businesses, local hospitals, universities , restaurants, hiking trails, tourist attractions, concert venues and the James River are all within a 5 mile radius. The neighborhood is very walkable and the apartment is furnished with mid century modern furnishings that provide style and comfort. It is stocked with every imaginable amenity

Honey Spot Cottage

Our peaceful environmentally friendly home w/ large backyard, front porch, and gardens is close to downtown Richmond, Pocahontas State Park, shopping, breweries, and historic sites. This is a comfortable space consisting of a cozy bedroom with one vintage double bed. We have easy, safe driveway parking. We have friendly Aussie Doodle named Remington. Unfortunately due to a few bad experiences we do not allow dogs or cats. No refund for cancellations within five days of reservation.

Private suite in a tri-level house with private entrance at side door. Since the studio is still in the house, it may still hear noise from each other. ( If don't mind keep reading )We are close to everthing. We offer high-speed internet, smart TV ( DOES NOT HAVE CABLE TV), Netflix, and premium coffee, Snacks, simple breakfast. There is one queen size bed and one full size bed. We are unable to host infants. Our place is perfect for business traveler, couple, and small family.

We are looking for people who will enjoy the Historic Fan District of Richmond. The stand alone apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, and renovated kitchen which has microwave, refrigerator, toaster ,and Keurig coffee machine. For our overnight guests we will provide the ingredients for a delicious breakfast: baked goods butter jams etc., 6 breakfast cereals, , fresh fruit , tea and for Keurig 10 varieties of coffee plus hot chocolate and hot apple cider.
