The experience was amazing, the location was perfect near the beach and the property had all the amenities, very comfortable, with gas stations, bars and restaurants right next to the property and the attention of the hosts was excellent, always attentive if we needed anything to make our experience excellent. Recommended.

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

If I were visiting this area I’d definitely stay here again. It was nice and we enjoyed it. Only thing I’d recommend is more cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc.).

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was spotless, with modern updates and new fixings throughout. The neighborhood was easy to find and the neighbors were kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, everything met our expectations and we will definitely rent from this host again in the future!

What a gem in Clearwater! Perfect for a medium sized group. The back dock on the bay was our favorite part, allowing us to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. Very walkable to the best beaches and restaurants that Clearwater has to offer.

We loved our stay in Clearwater Beach! Shelley's place was close to the beach, restaurants, and lots of activities. We were even able to kayak with the dolphins right in front of the townhouse! Shelley was super helpful and accommodating to all our needs and requests. Highly recommend!

Overall a good stay, pool is not heated and since it was spring couldn’t get in, I am sure during the summer it’s nice. Master bathroom could use updating, specially the floors, aside from that a great experience, nice clean home, responsive host.

Daughters, spouses and grandchildren loved the place. They lived in the pool. Convenient location from the airport and to downtown. I highly recommend this house.

My family and extended family were extremely comfortable at Jeff’s place. There was everything we needed and more. It was convenient to have a pack and play plus a high chair. The kids loved collecting eggs everyday and swimming in the pool. Jeff was easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions we had. The location was perfect and not too far for day trips to the beach. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Loved the house and heated spa attached to the pool. Kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. Plenty of linens, pillows, sheets, blankets, etc. and beach towels were great!

This one of my favorite properties that I have rented. It is a short distance from the airport but feels like your on an island. The canal way is full of incredible fish and lots of wild life. The saltwater pool was amazing. Here is my favorite takeaway: If you want a property that feels like you are removed from everything this is it. Very peaceful and restoring. The host was amazing. Great communicator and picked up the phone any time I had the slightest concern or question. Great place. I hope it's not booked when I come back!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with all of your essential needs. Jakub was very accommodating, responsive and understanding. The neighbors were great also, so friendly! The backyard was so cozy and our family really enjoyed the heated pool! 10/10 recommended!

Truly amazing! Crystal’s place felt like our home away from home. We were able to make meals while on vacation since her kitchen is stocked with cookware and spices, I was able to do laundry and pack our bags with clean clothes before checkout, & we even got to grill out and use the fire pit to make s’mores in the backyard. Crystal’s listing stood out to me because it is only 11 minutes away from Honeymoon Island State Park! Another bonus is that check-in is flexible and it was a breeze; with the keyless entry we were able to let ourselves in without having to coordinate with the hosts our ETA, especially since we got there later in the evening. They utilize an electronic keypad so when I had to go to Publix (which is also 4 min away) and my family was at the local pier fishing, they could re-enter the home without us having to worry about “leaving a key under a mat” or anything like that. Overall this Airbnb is worth the price and the hosts are very friendly and responsive, 10/10‼️😁💯

We had a fantastic and comfortable stay at the home. We had many friendly birds visit. We were well equipped with everything we needed in the gorgeous home. The pinball machine was a hit with the entire family. Very convenient location for our jet ski parking and use from the neighborhood boat ramp. Beautiful views and lots of things to do. Thanks to Chelsea for being a great host! Well worth the price also.

We booked our vacation as a bucket list trip for my mom who has Alzheimer’s . My mom grew up in Orlando and had visited Weeki Wachee (where mermaids swim) when she was young. This fueled her obsession of being a mermaid when she grew up. We decided as a family that this was the time to make my 72 year old mom’s dream come true. Jennifer’s place is about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee which is what initially caught my eye. The place was absolutely beautiful! It sits on the canal where we drank coffee and wine and watched boats and kayaks go up and down the canal. We also were able to see beautiful birds of all kind every morning and evening. There is plenty of chairs to sit inside and out to watch all the coming and going on the canal. Plus there a pool and a sandy beach in the back yard. But most of all we were able to check off one of my mom’s bucket list items and make some lasting memories with her in a beautiful resort like setting.

Joey was outstanding when it came to any questions we had for the house, very responsive. House is exactly as described and the views are outstanding. Joey even had some extras for our arrival.

This place was a beautiful spot for us to stay, there was plenty of room, local nice restaurants to try, and the house was clean! The balcony is where we spent a lot of time and the view was beautiful!

Had a lovely stay here. House was spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need, a home from home! Our children loved the games room and the large pool. The docks in Tarpon were a short drive or uber away and was lovely. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

We stayed recently for four nights at this Airbnb, and we can say that it was very enjoyable. The 4-bedroom house was clean and neat upon our arrival. The simple layout and choice of furnishings were everything that we had been expecting. The area is safe, and there’s plenty of parking on the property. The host, Andrew, and his team were constantly in communication with us before and during our stay. They sent precious local tips for restaurants, groceries, and sports activities. Extra services such as early check were available and made all the difference with a very fair fee. Everything that was promised was delivered. The property location is another key point. It is close to everything between Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg, and Tampa Bay. There are a lot of things to do around. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from within 15 to 30 minutes of drive time. We will go back to this property and also recommend it to anyone.
