This place was beautiful. We loved the kitchen and how open the inside was. The screened porch area was great to relax without worrying about bugs. The lights in the back made night fishing and hanging outside longer possible, and we really enjoyed that. We would definitely book this place again!

had a very peaceful getaway. love that there are no neighbors behind the house on the other side of the water. hot tub was great to have, especially after kayaking. this was my first time ever kayaking and had no issues but definitely check the tides cause low can be really low. publix is just a short drive (5-8 min) and there is also a target and dunkin's in the same plaza - what else do you need LOL great communication from host. house was clean and has everything you need. if you don't mind a 45 minute drive, there is a great brewery we found in Trinity, FL - Escape brewing company was fantastic!

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

Orit was so accommodating and friendly. She even went out of her way to install a tv in the bedroom for us. The place was super clean with everything you would need. The whole house is very spacious and comfortable like home. The linens were clean, comfortable and not old and dingy. I would definitely come back to this airbnb any day. Highly recommend

Perfect location! Short paddle to the river. House was clean and comfortable. Would come back! There were kayaks and life jackets and a nice dock to enjoy the water!

This was our second time booking with Alisson at her Weeki Wachee river house and it absolutely exceeded our expectations once again! This home is perfect for a family and/or friends weekend on the water. She made sure we had everything (and more) that we needed, the house is always so clean and put together. Our stay there was very nice. We even got to see a mama and baby dolphin right out the back porch one morning the place was clean love the neighborhood and felt safe and secure would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is easy to find and has very easy parking. Also very close to town if need anything. The house is so clean and comfortable and perfect for cooking and lounging. With everything you need and comfortable furniture and beds. We loved the four season porch with ac and ceiling fan, also with comfy furniture and a tv but a beautiful view of the water, which is way better. We loved the back yard! A porch, dock, deck and fire pit area to choose from. So many options for getting on the water as well, which was great for us. We used to spend every weekend canoeing or kayaking but health issues had kept us away for many years. We were so happy to be able to get back out there. We will definitely be back!

Sally’s place was the perfect spring break getaway for our family! The house was very clean, comfortable, had plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed fishing in the canal, kayaking, and seeing the manatees! Our hosts were very gracious and host a beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Dream cottage was just that! It’s a quiet spot in the perfect location! We saw dolphins, and manatees! Brian was super awesome, and right next door! The remodel of the place was adorable and it was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Place was perfect for hitting the spring to go kayaking daily. Kayaks were really nice. The neighbors were both super friendly. Definitely will be back. ✌🏽

Was very pleased with the accommodations. Home was clean. Which is a plus for us. Jacuzzi was so relaxing. Walked down to the end of the road to see the sunset. Nice little bench there to sit for a bit.

We stayed at Nancy’s place for a family get together and had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of amenities to use! We immediately felt at home and loved spending time on the expansive back patio, swimming in the canal, or kayaking on the main river right around the corner. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay. We enjoyed limitless kayaking in such a tranquil place. Safe for my children and very private. We had the entire beach to ourselves. The daily sunsets are worthy and magical. The ocean flora and fauna are plentiful. We loved it such, that we booked it again immediately after checkout!! 😀 Patrick was an outstanding communicator.

We had an amazing week away from NY at Dustin’s A Frame Home. The location was perfect, right in the river but not where all the crowds are. The house made us feel right at home with our two Frenchies. The house and the area is magical from the colorful butterflies, beautiful birds, little lizards, manatees and we even saw a baby and mom dolphin swim by. The weeki wachi river is gorgeous and Dustin gives you all the kayaks and SUP you need right at the house. I highly recommend renting the Round Boats as well. We loved it so much we rented them two days in a row and got a deal for it. You cover so much more of the River and it’s so relaxing. We hope to get back to Dustin’s space in the future, it was really hard to leave. If you thinking about booking it, just do it! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Dustin and all for an amazing week away.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Perfect place to disconnect your self from everything. We love our stay!!! The cabin was just perfect for the 3 of us. Love the River and the screened porch.

Fantastic Airbnb! The location on the river is great. It’s a little farther upstream, so there were less people than some other places I’ve stayed on the river. The mornings on the dock were especially lovely. Lots of nature! I saw lots of deer, and a wide variety of birds- including a big, beautiful owl! The house was very well stocked and very clean. The use of life vests, kayaks and paddle boards were wonderful to have as well! My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. I will definitely book again.

The host was amazing. Very responsive! The house was great. A little small, however, perfect for our family of 4. The access to the river is amazing! Awesome view with nature on the other side of the river, not houses. The water was crystal clear. The kayaks were in good shape and fun to use. The only downside is there is not dishwasher if you are going to stay longer, however, we did not mind washing our own dishes. We are already looking at dates to return!
