Boutique York City Centre Studio-Free Parking inc

This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Off site paid parking included at Morrisons, Foss Islands Road - 5 min walk away. Alternatively on-site parking available- see photo on my listing for charges

There is a Co-op and Post Office a short walk away or there is a Tesco Extra (open 24 hours except Sunday) a short drive away. Ideal for solo travellers or couples.

Our boutique style basement flat is located in Fulford and a ten minute walk to York Barbican and Cliffords Tower. Local cafes such as Kawa House serve delicious all day breakfast and smoothies and Hallo Mallow cafe and the River Ouse is 5 minutes from our flat. Free parking. Easy access to the race course.

Beautiful apartment, adjacent to Yorks train station car park and a 5 minute walk to the City Walls / centre. This is a brand new gated development with a private allocated parking space. The apartment has lift access, is fully furnished to a high spec. & it has a Juliette balcony. Sleeps up to 4 (King size bed + smaller double sofa bed). We also have 2 other Airbnb properties (do take a look) and over 1000 great reviews!!!
