Such a lovely home! We loved using the pool. The kitchen is well-stocked with gear! The beds were super-comfy. Slept like a dream!

Stayed for an only a few days as I was visiting family around area and it was so peaceful and quiet and amazing for only a few days . It was well taken care of and spotless when I walked in and anytime i had a question I always received a response requested pool heat to be turned on and Hot tub sometimes too and then was quickly answered and action was taken. Ten out of ten I would LOVE to stay here again ! Not even just because it’s nearby family but because it was so peaceful and relaxing to just stay in general . I would definitely recommend !!

Very peaceful neighborhood. Room to cook, relax, enjoy the backyard and more. We had six guests stay and had plenty of room without feeling cramped! Would book again.

Our stay at this house was exactly what we needed and hoped for during our vacation. The area was quiet but close enough to needed amenities like grocery stores that we had access to what we needed. The house was gorgeous and well appointed. Extra touches like available shampoo and laundry detergent helped greatly when we forgot something or as we tried to keep on top of clothing and towels for the kids during our stay. Even the simple ability to grab the provided garage door opener during our day trips made loading and unloading our vehicle much easier which, when traveling with children, is so huge. The master suite of this house was exceptional. There was so much space, and the shower and tub were straight from HGTV or Better Homes and Gardens. Leaving this house was nearly heartbreaking. I can truly say this place may be our heaven on Earth, and we cannot wait to come back for more trips in the future!

The only problem with the location, at no fault of the owner, is that google maps will try to take you down a separate rd as if going to the back of the property, where there was no access, but once we located the gate we were able to figure it out. Otherwise, the property was beautiful, peaceful, and near perfection. The property is also very affordable when the cost is split between a group of people. It was very conveniently located between Gainesville and Ocala for what we needed. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Stayed for 5 nights, and it was lovely. The house is very clean and comfortable. Super easy to find the house and check in. Loved having the 2 living rooms. The outdoor space was fantastic. Perfect place to have a cookout and relax. All the furnishings were very comfy and the kitchen was probably the best stocked of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area. Look forward to coming back next year.

everything was great for what we needed

We have been staying at Linda's home now for the last few years and every time we come we feel right at home. I rent with AirBNB all over the United States and this one with Linda always feels like I'm at home and not traveling. We are very blessed to be able to have such a great host like Linda.

JP is a super responsive host and we loved our stay at his place. The house is really spacious and we had a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Beautiful and spacious, yet private and secluded. There were six of us and there was plenty of room. This place could easily sleep 10. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer for laundry. The area is quiet and not much traffic. There is also a fantastic donut shop across from the building that’s worth trying! Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again when coming to Gainesville.

This was perfect for our stay! It was extremely clean and tidy. It’s in a beautiful location and the outside looks like a small house even though it’s a double wide.

Randy was an awesome host, and an exemplary example of true hospitality. After checkout, we unexpectedly needed to stay another night in the area. we assumed we wouldn’t be able to rebook with Randy after just checking out the same day but, after reaching out, he quickly replied and let us come right back for the night.  He was extremely communicative throughout our entire stay. We accidentally left a few belongings behind which Randy promptly offered to ship out to us. Randy’s daughter was very kind and, had she not offered us a hand when looking for the light switch to the grill area, we never would’ve known she was there. The home is beautifully situated on a private and peaceful lot in the country, but close to local Springs and restaurants. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Randy’s home to anyone looking to stay in the area, and definitely plan to stay again in the future. Thank you!

What a fabulous Airbnb. House was amazing! Clean, comfortable and every amenity that you could need was there. One of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed at. The property was so beautiful and so much to see and do. Do not be scared to book this gem! Worth every penny.

Kimberly was very kind and responsive. Her place worked great for my work crew for the week. Would absolutely book this place again. Make sure to check out Ichetucknee springs while in the area you won’t be disappointed! Also XAPA has some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.

Beautifully kept vintage cottage with original wooden floors from the 1940’s very comfortable and warm atmosphere Located close to downtown and campus I also enjoyed having my dog with me and we walked the neighborhood every day. Ananda is very friendly and responsive to all communications.

The place was clean,comfortable and quiet. Everything and more needed were available. The labelings were of great help. I would totally recommend this place for a getaway and rest. My guests also loved and enjoyed their stay. Its a great place. Keep up the good work you are doing. I will return and also recommend to friends and family. Thanks Viv.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgeschieden, was super ist, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
