This property is located on a beautiful and quiet part of the lake near Boulder Bay. We spent the majority of our time either out on the water on our SUP boards, fishing right off our own dock or sitting on one of the two decks enjoying the views. The hot tub was also new and clean and was the perfect spot to unwind and relax at the end of the day. Will definitely only book lakefront properties during the summer months from here on out. There’s nothing quite like it!

Great stay at this recently upgraded ground-floor condo. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit was spotless, with high-quality appliances and finishes. It was peaceful with no upstairs noise. The beach and park were just a short walk away, with restaurants and a grocery store within 15 minutes. Street parking could be tricky, but the two-car garage was a huge bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked and WiFi worked well. Important note: the garage is steep—my Tesla Model 3 bottomed out, so a vehicle with more clearance is recommended. The host was friendly and provided lots of helpful info. Highly recommend! Best stay in Newport Beach!

We had a fun time enjoying the neighborhood and relaxing in the living area. It is very spacious and easily accommodated six adults plus a couple of family members who stopped by to visit.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderfully magical weekend at this charming lakeside house. During our stay, Big Bear received nearly 2 feet of snow in just two days, and we were completely comfortable enjoying the winter weather from the warmth of the house. Wissam was incredibly responsive and flexible from our initial inquiry before booking all the way through to after we checked out. The house is perfectly located along the lake, with a private dock and stunning views of the water from the kitchen windows. Every guest need has been thoughtfully considered and addressed. The bedrooms are large but cozy, the dining table is perfect for group dinners, and the bathrooms are stocked with all kinds of travel-sized toiletries in case you forget anything. The kitchen is spacious and inviting, ideal for cooking and baking, with all the utensils you need. The vintage Pac-Man game provided hours of competitive fun, and the oversized bean bag chair in the living room was surprisingly comfortable!

Great hosts! They had amazing communication and super helpful. Place was clean and just like the photos/description, and in a peaceful quiet beautiful surrounding! The additional discounts on kayaking came in handy! Would definitely come back in the future and highly recommend on staying here for your big bear getaway!

Staying in Natalie’s place with my family of 4 plus our pet maltese felt like home. The condo was warm and inviting and had everything we needed. We all loved the location right next to Boulder Bay Park and literally a few steps to the lake. I am hoping to come back when it’s warmer and be able to launch my stand up paddle board so close to where I stay. Overall, had a lovely time, and appreciate Natalie’s kindness. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Hidden gem! This place had great, helpful staff and conveniently located! Peaceful, serene and private. Room was better than pictures looked! Scored one right over the lake, foggy first day but opening up second day was unforgettable. Amenities in common areas more suited for winter as they’re straight-forward, but amazing any time of year. 10/10 recommend

This ideal beach pad is beautiful , full of light, within walking distance to anything you may need . It is a quintessential Newport experience, with its own dock and bridge, where you can relax and decompress . The neighbors are extremely kind and welcoming . I could go on ! The owner himself also reached out and one of the agents was always available when needed . This is the true Newport Beach / Balboa experience and lifestyle at your finger tips !

This was our families first time visiting Lake Gregory. I am so glad we were able to stay at Monica & Michaels Lake house. It was nice and cozy and right across from the lake. Would definitely recommend.

Location location location. This is a nice rental close to the beach with a nice kitchen. The upstairs deck is awesome. Kitchen has very nice knives and appliances unlike many other rentals. A bonus is the building is well constructed and insulated.

Our second time staying at Kevin’s place and it did not disappoint. Everything was as described and the property is in a great location. Cannot wait to go back!

Amazing weekend! Beautiful home in a beautiful location, can't beat it.

My wife and I booked this staycation last minute and it was a beautiful stay. The property had all the listed amenities and then some which we really appreciated! The home was very well taken care of and very clean. I’d add that one of our favorite parts was that the beds were so comfortable!! The House did not have AC but that was an easy fix by opening the windows and having a fan on which felt great with the cool ocean air. Our only knock on the place was the street noise and at times street racers like to floor it down the roadways, but other than that the place was a great stay and value.
