The porch is a special place to enjoy; this peaceful woodland setting is a great place to observe wildlife.

If you are into ATV and off-roading, there are 100's of miles of trails to ride straight out the front driveway. The home currently has two queen beds and a queen air mattress. We also have access to Lake June and the private Sun N Lakes boat ramp and park. Boat ramp is by key.Plenty of parking for your trailers and rvs.

Get away to the country side only five minutes to town that has farmer markets, different fairs, and murals on many of the businesses. For race fans Sebring Speedway is a fifteen minute drive. The home is nestled between five acres of pasture and a quaint pond . Wildlife like deer, otters, and pretty much all of Florida's wild critters can be seen regularly on the property. These views can be comfortably enjoyed while sitting in a screened in patio area with plenty of seating and ceiling fans.

This cheery cottage is perfect for sunrises with coffee or exploring beautiful Lake Sebring on kayaks (included with booking). Plenty of parking onsite (bring your boat trailer), you will love this oasis on the lake! We want your stay to be pleasant and carefree so we do not require our guests to do any dishes, laundry, or other cleaning when checking out. Our housekeeping crew will take care of you!

Whether you need a peaceful place to work or rest or if you are looking for a place to fish or play on the water with the family, this house fits the bill. Up to 6 people can stay in this house on a canal that leads to Lake Charlotte. The home has just been renovated with fresh paint and LVT floors throughout. It has a bonus room with a water view to gather to play games, and spend time together. There's also a screened porch, and lake access 1/2 block away at the neighborhood park.

You have plenty of private parking if you are bringing and rv, horse trailer or race car trailer. And we are just three minutes from Lake Josephine boat ramp if you want to bring your boat for some good fishing. If your looking for a quite place to relax,golf, and fish this is the place
