Back porch has wooded scenery, there is a small rocky beach 3 houses down. PLEASE OBSERVE HOUSE RULES BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are welcome PLEASE ASK BEFOREHAND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN AFTER THEM ; ie pet hair : vacuum before you leave - a charge will be assessed other wise Water to entire apartment is filtered.

Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, sunroom, screened-in recreation room, hot tub, outdoor shower, propane griddle grill, fire pit w/ furniture, 4 TVs, free Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry machine, cornhole, washers. Continuously recording security cameras located outside around property and entrances. Neighbor dogs are NOT fenced and roam onto our property.

At Cosmic Ranch you can relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Over 20 acres of wooded trails to explore, 2 stocked pond's for fishing (Large mouth Bass and Catfish). Abundance of wild life deer, exotic birds, pigs, rabbits. fruit trees and much more. The deck areas offers over 2000 sq ft with fire pit lounging, hot tub, volleyball court, and yard games! The lake is about 2 miles down the road.
