I spent my birthday here with friends and had the best stay. The place was simple and minimalistic, bathroom was functional and there’s a peaceful grass area with access through the living room sliding door in the front. There’s only one parking spot for the booking, but upon arriving you’ll notice there’s parking for two; that’s because there are neighbours who seem to share the same entrance. So if you want full privacy just make sure the curtains are closed as they will be able to see inside coming in and out. The best part about this listing is its location. Everything is walking distance from the beach to restaurants to shopping areas. The location also felt safe and this place was perfect for a weekend trip. I would definitely come back another time!

This apartment was a great location for nightlife and walking around downtown San Diego. A bit noisy at night, but easily remedied by shutting the bedroom door. Great location for anybody who wants to be downtown.

Stayed here before. The updated amenities are modern and elegant. The look is soothing and a great vibe for when not on the beach which is very close in either direction. Some very good places in close proximity for eating and drinking.

Beautiful location. Close to the beaches, parks, shops, restaurants, and with parking included ... It was perfect. Kamal was a great host. Very responsive with helpful answers to all our questions and needs. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks Kamal!

Personally me and my husband really enjoyed the rooftop, pool table and dvd selections. The rooms are very spacious, perfect for what we needed for our short trip. We were close to the water and also the zoo(which we came for). There’s a McDonald’s and a gas station across the street for any last minute snacks and drinks. It was super convenient for our Ubers to find us for our rides. Jesse was very quick to respond to any questions I had and also provided extra info that was very helpful that made our stay smooth.

Location, location, location!! What a fabulous spot and fantastic resort. The view was incredible and so much to do within walking distance. 10/10 would book again!
