Location Location Location! Park your car and do not start it! Just renovated walk to beach / restaurants / shops / grocery across the street, if you have been to Coligny Plaza you know there are way too many places to list, but we love that the Frosty Frog and Piggly Wiggly are two of MANY places right across the street! Unit has a queen in one bedroom and two twins in the other, the sofa also pulls out to a queen as well, Roku TV, youtubetv logged in! 2 car max per unit per association.

Island House; First Floor Villa / Weekly discount

It is our pleasure to share this fully equipped villa that is a perfectly located and priced vacation spot. The villa was refreshed in 2020. New rugs, curtains and refrigerator 2025. It is a short 6-7 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and Coligny Plaza. The beach is beautiful & relaxing. Coligny Plaza is the town center and has lots of restaurants, shopping, live entertainment in the summer and two ice cream parlors. In the summer (June-mid-August) Saturday-Saturday rental is preferred.
