Areti's place was great for both a relaxing and working holiday. The apartment is close to the center and the beach, and a few restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. I really enjoyed working on the terrace. It has a beautiful view of the mountains. The suite with the fireplace had a rustic touch and felt very cozy. The things that were tough for me, as someone who is traveling for longer with heavier luggage, was getting up the hill and stairs to get to the apartment, and the bathroom and toilet being all in one, so close together. The low water pressure of the shower head also made it really difficult to use. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Es war eine der besten AirBnB Erfahrungen, die ich je hatte. Die Familie von Lori war super nett und gastfreunlich. Lori wartete früh mit einem super Frühstück. Vieles im Haus ist im original Zustand belassen. Zum Beispiel die Türen und Fenster und die Decke im Gästezimmer. Für mich macht das den besonderen Charm aus. Ergänzt wird die Einrichtung durch Loris gehäkelte Handarbeit. Der Blick aus den Fenstern ist ein weiteres Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber. Danke für diese großartige Erfahrung.

Very good location (just at the entrance of the village). Spacious and very clean rooms. We recommend this place ! A beautiful beach is just 5 minutes walking (very practical when you don’t have a car). There is a lot of good fish restaurants around recommended by our host.

Het verblijf was geweldig! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en gedurende het verblijf werden we goed geholpen. We voelden ons helemaal thuis.

Arian und Natalie sind sehr freundlich und unser Empfang war super. Die besten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen kann. Uns wurde mit dem parken und dem Gepäck geholfen. Die Unterkunft war die Beste, die wir während unseres Albanienaufenthalts hatten. Der Balkon und die Sicht auf das Meer waren perfekt, um zu entspannen und ein Frühstück und Abendessen zu genießen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Arian gab uns einige Tipps während unseres Aufenthaltes. Von der Unterkunft konnten wir Wanderungen und Ausflüge perfekt starten (tipp: leiht euch ein Kajak und paddelt zum Filikuri Beach). Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und wir waren froh, diese Unterkunft gewählt zu haben und empfehlen sie mit einem frohen Herzen weiter.

We had an amazing time at the Minaj Guesthouse. In a bustling loud holiday town it was situated in a quieter area, and provided a calm oasis from the bars and hotels. We loved the simplicity of our room and the no fuss approach. The view from the roof terrace was great. Albana and her mum were so welcoming, they cleaned our room regularly and provided lovely clean linen and towels. Best of all, was Albana... she was a mine of information and help when we neded info. Thank you so much for a fabulous holiday. x

We had the most pleasant stay in this apartment. Everything was like in the description and the balcony has the most stunning view on the mountains. We loved having breakfast here and listening to the calming sounds of birds and of the goats bells in the morning (you will not hear them while sleeping, it’s very silent in the room). Aurora and her family is so welcoming and kind, they helped us with everything and created such a good vibe! We really felt like home there. You can reach the beautiful pier with lots of restaurants and bars, supermarkets, a bakery and one of the many beautiful beaches in about 15 minutes easy walk by foot. We will definitely come back. We had the best time staying here.

It was a pleasant stay. The city is 15 min walk And our room had a beautifull view of the city. The breakfast was amazing. And the hosts were very kind people. Would recommend this stay!

Thank you to Ziki and her family for making our stay so comfortable. Ziki is a great host who helped us with local recommendations and guidance. When there was a small issue, she sent someone round within minutes to fix. The views from the apartment are breathtaking! The apartment itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything you need. We will miss waking up to the amazing views, and will especially miss Ziki’s family dog (who we called Johnathan)! Thanks for a great stay Ziki! We’ll certainly be back if we’re ever in the area again.

Schönes, neues Zimmer mit Balkon und neuem Bad - sauber und ruhig. Küche im Außenbereich, allerdings haben wir diese nicht genutzt. Kohle für den Grill müsste selbst besorgt werden (Supermarkt ist aber fußläufig erreichbar). Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und er war immer erreichbar.

Arian's place is absolutely wonderful! 😊Everything was exactly as described, and the location is perfect—just a two-minute walk from the main road of Himare and five minutes to the main market area. Arian was so kind, even offering us Raaki ( a local drink, which we absolutely loved ) that too at no extra cost 😅. We highly recommend staying here! ♥️

The Airbnb was a gem of a find. We loved our stay here. The private balcony had beautiful ocean views and sunset views. The main beach was literally 2 mins walk. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful, they picked us up coz we were driving with a car and helped us park it safely. They have two beautiful cats and a dog at their property. The property is a tropical dream! If you don’t go out and just spend time at the Airbnb, it would still feel like vacation! Will absolutely book it again when I come back!

Very well located guesthouse in the old part of Berat. Can be tricky to find because of all the old cobblestone alleys. The host did send us images, but many of the little winding roads look the same and I dont recall any signage on the guesthouse or along the way. Nevertheless we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, there was a nice terrace from which to enjoy the view and a fridge with drinks which was helpful. Berat is definitely worth a visit and Mani's a great place from which to explore.

This was my second time staying in Beleri House. Fantastic views and great hospitality from Arian and Natalie as always. The sea view rooms are fantastic and even if you have garden rooms you can use the shared balcony on the top floor. Arian was very flexible around the check out and was helpful in confirming onward transport information. Highly recommended

Arian was an amazing host. He was easy to communicate with and drove us to the accommodation and back to our car. He was very friendly and invited us to have homemade raki and cookies while he gave us recommendations. The room itself was absolutely stunning and pristine. Comfortable bed with beautiful views of the water. The shared kitchen was tidy and has everything you need. We would recommend Arian’s place to anyone who comes to visit Himarë - best Airbnb hosts we’ve experienced.
