The Sekka Ni 1 studio apartment is part of the three-unit Sekka Ni building in Hirafu Village, Niseko. The studio is close to restaurants and bars and accessible to year-round outdoor activities. Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2023/24 winter. There are 4 Shiki Koyuki houses, each have three levels and are very spacious. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage.The middle floor is open plan with a large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area if the number of guest are more than 6.
