When you go to Hiroshima, please drop by Shin-Onomichi station. In Onomichi, there are many temples. The city is very interesting with traditional architecture, small paths, and some of the best temples in Japan. Onomichi is the gateway to the Setouchi-sea. You can rent bicycles and cross Shimanami Kaido by them. Try it! When you arrive at the station, we will pick you up. If you go cycling in the morning, we will keep your big baggage in our house. We will help you enjoy the city to the full!!

心が温まる宮島の古民家

宮島の町家通りから一本通りを入ったところにある「ゲストハウス心」。 　玄関の暖簾をくぐると、京都の長屋の料亭を思い出すような竹壁で、踏み石で中庭に導かれていく粋な演出。中庭も白玉石とこけのバランスがきれいで、落ち着いた雰囲気に一役買っている。リビングからも中庭が見えるようにガラス戸を配してある。 　庭を介して宿泊者だけが泊まれる棟になっており、誰にも気兼ねすることはない。外から見ると普通の民家なのだが、一歩踏み入れると、別の雰囲気になり宿の魅力に繋がっている。聞けば、先代の主人は昔から庭いじりが好きで、趣味も幅広かったとのこと。ただ、冒頭のように最初は宿をはじめる気はなかったので、風呂の設備はない（シャワー有り。）のだが、周辺の宿を外湯として利用できる。1階がリビング、2階は二間続きの和室が寝室になっていて、6名までならゆっくりと滞在できる。 　中庭に「心」とこけの中に白い石で敷き詰めた文字がある。昔、庭師が遊び心で造ったもので、宿の名前の由来になっている。心を込めてもてなし、滞在する人に心を落ち着けて時間を過ごして欲しいと願っているという。

Room２ is a sunny room on the second floor with 1 single bed. We recommend you to stay alone, but up to 2 members can stay with futon on the floor.
