Our apartments are situated in a quiet street, with little traffic and available free parking. A short 15 minute walk will take you to the city center as well as the fabulous beach, while all major hotels, convention centers and sports facilities are just 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants and a bakery can be found nearby for your convenience. This apartment is our favorite, a cozy suite on the top floor with an attic like feeling and great views! Perfect for a romantic holiday

Villa Flores

My place is close to the airport. You’ll love it because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor wheel chair friendly. Nearby horse riding, quad safari, adventure park, also, explore wine, olive and honey roads of Istria. Towns of Pula and Labin are only 30 minutes away, Rovinj and Porec on the west coast about 60 minutes drive. Enjoy your experience in Istria.

Black & White

Exceptional, spacious, designed with love and care for the details, extremely comfortable, emerged into nature in smells, sounds and views. Close to the coast and charters in the nearby Marina Veruda, 15 minutes from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note: there is an extra cost for heating of the pool if you decide for that option for the price of 150 euros per a week.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

Studio Grappa

This stylish place to stay is perfect for relax. The beach is just a minute away. Places like restaurants, beach bars, water activities etc.. are on the reach of few minutes in radius. Including public bus or a supermarket. On request we can provide bikes to cruze arround or a sup board to reach the nearest islands. place is mostly calm,but still busy.

This cozy apartment is located in quiet neighborhood in Rovinj. Distance to the city center of Rovinj is 15 minutes walking and the first beach (Porton Biondi Beach) is 10 minutes walking (800 meters). The nearest food market is 5 mins walk. The Kaufland store and shopping center RETAIL PARK Rovinj is 650 meters away.

A flat for 6 people max 5000m from the city centre and just 500m to the nearest beach. A kitchen and dining area with a balcony, two bedrooms and a sitting room provide more than enough space for you to enjoy. A free parking in front of our house.

All included in price! To beach only 2 min by walk, house is only for guest, aircondition,wifi, parking, barbecue.....To supermarket only 5 min by walk,to first restaurants only 5 min by walk.... we also have bicycle for you. Welcome our guest!
