The inside of the house is bright, because of the big windows and light colors inside. The house is located a 20 minutes drive from both Akureyri and Dalvík - two larger cities. The house has 6 bedrooms with two 160 cm beds, three 140 cm beds and one 130 cm bed. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two washing machines in the house and two dryers. There is a small stream in front of the house, and the house is located in a beautiful valley with a river. It takes 30 minutes to go to Húsavík, Myvatn, Dimmuborgir and it is 40 minutes drive to Akureyri. 10 people can stay in the house.

We are located 20km from Akureyri so this cabin is the perfect location for those seeking peace and quiet, nature, northern lights or just a great base on the Arctic Coastway.

Located on the land of farm Syðri-Hagi on the west side of Eyjafjörður, You can explore the majestic mountain ranges and welcoming valleys either by car or on foot. In the late summer you can go berry picking on the farms land. We are located about 15 km from Dalvík and 30 km from Akureyri.
