staying at Ninh's place was truly a wonderful and lovely experience, she got in touch with us before our trip started and planned a wonderful 5 star ha long bay cruise at a minimal price along with transport to her place. she was very responsive and caring I felt as though I was home away from home, she planed our entire itinerary in ninh binh at a nominal price and it was wonderful. her food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable, my 15 month old daughter fell ill during the trip and Miss. Ninh helped us with the doctor and the hospital and the tests personally working as our translator and she gracefully allowed us to cook food for our daughter in her kitchen without any fuss. I truly recommend families to stay here on their trip to ninh binh for a warm, cozy and homely stay. this place was truly a home away from home!!!!

Sistemazione semplice che favorisce il contatto con la natura. Le camere hanno tutto ciò che serve senza fronzoli. Jasmine è il valore aggiunto. Cordiale, gentilissima, preparata, dà ottimi consigli e organizza tutto ciò di cui puoi aver bisogno: tour, transfer, consigli... Nella struttura ci sono bici gratuite a disposizione degli ospiti e si possono noleggiare scooter. La posizione è ottima vicina a molti dei luoghi che vale la pena visitare se sei a Ninh Binh. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Tolle Gastgeber ! Sehr schnelle und einfache Erreichbarkeit, Zimmer war wie beschrieben, haben auf Nachfrage eine zusätzliche Bettdecke bekommen und das Zimmer wurde nochmal gereinigt als wir vorsichtig nachfragten ob es möglich wäre die Dusche nochmal zu putzen. Es gab günstigen Wäsche Service. Gut zu finden, ruhige Lage. Würden immerwieder kommen ! Danke Minh !

Very warm host, he greeted us at the gate and showed us to our rooms which felt very modern and clean. He was also very attentive, allowing us to store our luggage and even opening up a guest room after we checked out while we were waiting for a taxi because it was hot outside and he wanted us to have AC. Would highly recommend!

The bungalow was located in a beautiful, quiet spot. You can rent scooters or bikes directly in the homestay which was very convenient. The hosts were very helpful :)

Mooi plekje in het midden van Tam Coc maar net van de drukke weg af dus niet te druk. De ruimte was groot en schoon en met een prima ontbijtje er bij.

Super environnement, la nature est incroyable et les hôtes sont chaleureux et toujours à l’écoute. C’est un endroit qui en vaut la peine si on aime la nature, les animaux et se balader. Les alentours valent la peine d’être visiter et de surtout s’y perdre en scooter (pas cher et le meilleur paysage) !!! Je recommande!

If you want to enjoy a carefree and pleasant stay in Ninh Binh, this is the place for you. When you enter the homestay, you are greeted by a pleasant floral scent of flowers which grow in the reception area. We were warmly welcomed by our host with small snacks. You immediately feel at home. The host looks after you like a good friend. We didn't have to worry about anything. Whether it was tips for the area or organizing the night bus, she helped us with everything. What's more, the accommodation, which ist part of a small complex of other accomodations, with the pool directly in front of the room feels like an oasis of well-being. The bus station and restaurants are within walking distance. The major sights are just a few minutes away by bicycle. We spontaneously booked one more night.
