Cozy, semi off-grid cabin on thirteen acres of private woods with a lake view. Quiet and peaceful yet only 3 miles from all of the attractions of Holiday Valley Resort with year round activities and the village Ellicottville with great nightlife. Surrounded by nature, it's the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of adventure. Cozy up to the wood stove in winter after skiing or walk the woods in summer and toast marshmallows on the huge fire pit. *Note: outhouse and porty potty, no shower*

Hot tub! Fire pit! 5 stars! AC! Close to town

Enjoy the elegance of this cabin nestled on a park-like setting minutes from the restaurants, shops and ski resorts of Ellicottville. 2.8 miles to town, 3.7 miles to Holimont and 4 miles to Holiday Valley. Cuddle up after a fun day of skiing, hiking, golfing or any of the many other activities this wonderful resort town has to offer. Drift off to sleep on our luxurious bedding. The electricity is sourced from an on-site solar system, with a remote start generator to assure never losing power. This location is for those who are looking for an experience different from the hotel/motel setting. However, still providing all basic amenities Hunting is available.

The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club. Custom new private cabin in the countryside and not even a mile to the village. The cabin is three total floors including a walk out basement with more space for gear and pets and a fenced in backyard for dogs. Large bonfire pit with plenty of outdoor furniture and a 7 person outdoor hot tub. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with an open concept floor plan.
